Google / profile action — name & categories

What to check: Business name matches real-world branding; primary category describes what the business is, not a keyword list.

Action: Remove taglines and service/suburb stuffing from the name field. Keep one accurate primary category.

Example: Name = Example Pest Co — not Example Pest Co Termite Cockroach Pest Control Parramatta.

Neutral review-request SMS:

Hi [First name], it’s [Business]. Thanks for having us out for [Service] on [Date]. If you’re happy to leave an honest Google review, here’s the link: [Your Google review link]. No pressure either way. — [Your name]

No incentives or “only if you loved us” gating — that conflicts with Google’s review policies.
