Who you're dealing with

LocalePulse, Sydney NSW. We work by email only: hello@localepulse.com. Prices are in Australian dollars. No GST is charged.

Pest Lead Fix Pack: how it works

  1. You ask for it. Reply "yes" to our email, or email hello@localepulse.com with your business name and website or Google Maps link. There's no card and no commitment at this stage.
  2. We write it. Within 2 business days we email you the pack: a missed-call reply kit, a Google review kit and Google Business Profile wording, all written for your business from your public website and Google listing.
  3. You decide. With the pack we send a secure Stripe payment link for A$39, one-off. If you're keeping and using the pack, please pay within 14 days of delivery.

If you don't pay

  • If you decide it's not for you, just tell us. Nothing more is owed.
  • If we haven't heard from you, we may send one polite reminder about 7 days after delivery. That's the only follow-up.
  • If you don't pay, we simply won't do any more work for your business. There are no fees, no interest and no debt collection.

Refunds after you've paid

If you've paid and the pack isn't written for your business (your name, services and areas), or you can't use at least two of its three parts, email hello@localepulse.com within 7 days of paying and we'll refund you. This matches the live "7-day fit guarantee" as published on 22 October 2026. Refunds go back through Stripe to the card you paid with. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

What we don't promise

  • We don't promise Google rankings, a set number of reviews, calls or jobs. Results depend on your market and how you use the pack.
  • We don't log in to your accounts or message your customers. You set up and send everything yourself.
  • The message templates follow Spam Act basics (who you are, plus an opt-out). You're responsible for having your customers' consent. This isn't legal advice.

Your pack

The written material is yours to use for your own business. Please don't resell it as a template.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a pack is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you ask for a pack applies to that pack. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
